I hope my work catches your eye (actually both of them).
Put your feet up, put on some nice music and get comfortable.
You’ll probably be here awhile.

Whistler Family Photographer | Casey
Little bums. Little fingers. Little toes. I will never get my fill of photographing all the beautiful parts of newborns. Little Casey was stealing a few quiet moments with his mom while they still can. It won’t be too long before Casey sees how busy life can be with his 3 older brothers.
And as it usually is the case with the little one’s in our lives, they find ways to continually teaching us something. Today’s lesson was to take a moment to bask in one another’s space and just be. Smart little boy.
Whistler Family Photographer | Baby Kaï
Kaï’ is a fighter. One of those precious little babes that held his place on this gorgeous Earth of ours but wasn’t given the easiest road to get here. After the worries, tears, sleepless nights and hearing an awful lot of encouraging words, his very proud maman and papa were blessed with his beautiful, healthy little self. The energy between the 3 of them is electric and if you’re lucky enough to be a part of a shared gaze between them the intensity almost makes you feel like you’re intruding.
It was a beautiful time. Thank you Patrick and Thirza for sharing this with me. xo
Vancouver Family Photography | Coby
I always had a hard time guessing the age of babies. It can be tricky. But if they’re born with a good head of hair, then you can almost guess exactly every time. At first it’s all even, then they lose it on the sides and the faux hawk appears. And eventually it all grows back in and it’s time for a hair cut.
I met Coby’s mom at a wedding I was working and she invited me into her home to photograph her beautiful boy. Since that first meeting, I’ve had the honor of photographing him three times and watching him grow through his first year of life. So today, I’m sharing the first meeting. Stay tuned for the part 2 and part 3 and you’ll see what I mean about the hair. He’s just too sweet!
Squamish Family Photography | Clémentine
I have been lucky enough to be the one capturing Clémentine’s shenanigans since she was only a couple of days old.
This time she was demonstrating her innate skill of sneaking up on an unsuspecting Mega Block.
Squamish Newborn Photography / 7 minutes
7 minutes old and already surrounded by love.
A pretty long 22 hours for the parents-to-be before that moment but love conquers all.

Whistler Newborn Photography
Growing up we used to visit my Uncle up North. I still remember the room I slept in had a framed needlepoint on the wall that I read every time knowing it meant something special but not able to fully appreciate it at such a young age. When photographing John holding his precious newborn the message that someone, probably my Aunt, had so lovingly stitched into the canvas from many, many years ago popped into my head.
“Anyone can be a father but it takes someone special to be a daddy.”
Newborn Photography | Squamish | Baby Maya
Baby Maya and I go way back. All the way to day one when I had the privilege of capturing her first moments and first breathes of life. Here we are now already four months later.
