Baby Ballerina in the Sun

Planning and deciding on a location for a Whistler family photography session in Whistler or anywhere in the Sea to Sky Corridor is always a lot of fun.  Sky is the limit (literally!).

For this young urban family that loves the outdoor, we wanted  to have a stylized session that still maintain a very simple authentic feel that truly focused on them in this very moment and their little one being so darling.

Client Love

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Pascale for both business and personal projects. We worked on our maternity, newborn and 1-year pictures together and it feels like she’s part of the family. She puts everyone at ease right away and is mindful of delivering something that is true to us while unique and creative. She has an ability for capturing raw emotions. For our business projects, she is attentive to our needs and offers quick turnaround time. The quality of her final images is exceptional. I highly recommend Pascale to anyone wanting to create beautiful timeless memories!

– Vanessa + Phil

Vanessa (this hot mama) and I got together and did a little outing to H&M as our vision of a little ballerina in the sun came to life.  I had also suggested prior to our session to read up a a few recommendations… here, here and here, I always make to my families in order to maximize their family photography session.

It was important for me to highlight this gorgeous couple whom strives as parents and embodied such love and respect for one and other…plus it gave a chance to the little one to have a snack and refuel to keep it fun and lesser the potential tantrums… I did say lesser not avoid.

I find that often during these sessions with little ones you have to be aware of their energy levels and go with it. Make sure you are flexible, open minded and see opportunities for gorgeous imagery so that if the little one “needs” to run then she simply runs!

I am often in awe of my surroundings and feel so privileged when a family comes to me for their photography needs. It’s a chance for me to share my joy of where I live, my effort to stay present yet help them capture a moment in their life in which they will be able to freeze forever and always be able to go back to. Now who wouldn’t want to be able to do THAT for a living.

Lucky me, lucky me.

Merci, Vanessa and Phil for your trust, your kindness and bringing your gorgeous girl in a pink tutu!
